At the HEC Paris Youth Leadership Initiative, the team is dedicated to:
HEC Paris’ Youth Programs equip high school students (15 - 18 years old) with tools and techniques to succeed in the 21st century.
During these intensive week-long programs, participants will gain the opportunity to explore and practice the foundational themes of leadership and communication that will both shape and equip them in the prime of their lives.
HEC Paris’ Youth Leadership Initiative is an intensive, residential program for high school students who are eager to both explore what leadership means and to develop their impact, capacity and mindset to explore their potential. Participants will learn to lead by example and thrive through teamwork and compelling projects. The learning experience is designed for motivated high-school students who are proficient in English. The program equips students with essential tools and techniques to contribute, exchange and explore leadership with confidence. Upon successful completion, participants will earn the HEC Paris Youth Leadership Initiative Certificate.

Horn Entrepreneurship combines a personalized approach with lessons learned from successful entrepreneurs and evidence-based best practices. Programs and opportunities are relevant, accessible and available to all students. The Horn educational experience combines hands-on, project-based learning with real world challenges and extensive external engagement.

BETA Camp
ALL YEAR PROGRAM
BETA Camp is a 12 week immersive online training program for students that focuses on teaching high school students how to start a business from scratch. At BETA Camp, instead of learning from professors or teachers, campers learn from a network of industry leaders from top global companies to help them design, test, and build a successful business while learning critical life skills most only begin to learn once they are a part of the workforce. While at the NSLC’s youth leadership program, you will be challenged to move beyond your comfort zone and develop your leadership potential. You will be guided by a group of nationally-renowned facilitators with decades of experience working with high school students. The NSLC leadership team will be there every step of the way as you master the Pillars of Effective Leadership.
During your NSLC program, you will also meet with and learn from leaders in the fields of public service, government and community development. These speakers will share their insights on the power of leadership and serving others.
